Building Confident Healthy Puppies
Our goal is to build healthy confident puppies that will live long healthy lives with the best temperaments and traits by conducting ENS/ESI, Handling Exercises, and Exposure Activities

For the love of the breed
Early Neurological Stimulation exercises (ENS):
Tactical stimulation between toes, Head held erect,
head pointed down, Supine position, Thermal stimulation
Benefits:
Improved Cardiovascular performance, Stronger Heart beats,
Stronger Adrenal Glands, More tolerance to stress,
Greater resistance to disease.

Early Scent Introduction (ESI):
Puppy actively engaged in new scents daily
Benefits:
Nose awareness and Confidence! Great for hunting, tracking,
and diabetic alert dogs.

HANDLING EXERCISES
Rub ears, cover eyes, open mouth run fingers on gums,
Rub belly in circular motions, run hand down back,
run hand and fingers along tail, touch all paws, tap nails,
Run fingers around neck and under ribbon/collar, touch their nose.
Benefits:
Builds confidence, creates easy care as an adult such as
cleaning teeth, vet visits, clipping nails, health exams, and
ear cleaning

Novelty Item and
Curriculum exposure
Week 3-4 safe items supervised are added to the whelping box for puppies to investigate. This builds trust and confidence and it is up to their free will to engage with the item.
With 4 week and older pups in a play area pups are
given different items to explore and interact with.
The benefits of this will help with Confidence,
Nerve strength/resiliency, touch tolerance,
Sound sensitivity, Sight Sensitivity (as in less
sensitive to loud sounds or lights)
